Augsburg sundial - Reproduction

This model was originally crafted by Iohann Georg Vogler (1720-1765), who belonged to the fourth generation of prestigious Augsburg goldsmiths. The original of the featured model is kept at the Naval Museum in Madrid. The upper part of the instrument is a sundial, and there is a compass underneath it.
