Bronze-plated thinker statue

The Thinker statue is a bronze-coated miniature replica of Rodin's famous work.

Bronze-coated resin statue, hand-finished in every detail. "The Thinker" is a very famous sculpture by the French artist Auguste Rodin. Originally called "The Poet," it was part of a larger work that was never completed for the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. The figure depicts Dante before he enters Hell, in a pose very similar to Michelangelo's classical sculptures. The statue later became an icon of intellectual activity.
