Hand-crafted, bronze-finished resin statue, worked in every fine detail. Sisyphus was a figure from Greek mythology, the founder and king of the city of Ephyra. He was the son of Aeolus; he betrayed the affair of the father of the gods, Zeus, with the nymph Aegina, and later, after his death, he even tricked Hades, the god of the underworld. For his audacity, Zeus himself decided to punish him with eternal torment: he must roll a massive boulder to the top of a mountain, only to watch it roll back down to the foot of the hill - forever.
