Sailing yacht with wooden sails. Length 25 cm, height 35 cm.
Wooden sail, not canvas
Canvas sail models wrinkle, collect dust, and yellow over time. A hand-carved wooden sail, however, retains its shape, can be wiped clean, and provides a stylized look – this is more of a sculptural approach than a scale model.
Taller than it is long
25 cm long but 35 cm high: due to its vertical proportions, it fits on narrow surfaces, shelf ends, or windowsills where a horizontal ship model would not.
Length: 25 cm · Height: 35 cm
