On this Japanese-inspired tapas board, you can serve not only tapas but also pastries, snacks, and small bowls, for example for dips. The tapas board can be treated with cooking oil to preserve its sheen and color. It can be cleaned with warm water and dish soap. It is not dishwasher safe. The scent of the burnt wood will diminish with use.
