Greek and Roman mythological statues

Figures from Greek and Roman mythology in sculpture: Zeus with thunderbolt and eagle, Poseidon the god of the sea, Hades the lord of the underworld, Ares the god of war, Athena the goddess of wisdom, Hera the goddess of marriage, Hermes, Asclepius the god of medicine, Fortuna the goddess of luck, Justitia the goddess of justice, Nike the goddess of victory, and The Birth of Venus after Botticelli.

Heroes and mythical scenes form a separate line: Achilles in five versions, Hercules and Lichas after Canova, Perseus with the head of Medusa after Cellini, Medusa in three further interpretations, Atlas holding up the world in seven pieces - including versions with hinged lids and clocks -, as well as Canova's Cupid and Psyche pair in four sizes. Alongside them are a Greek ceremonial helmet, a Greek hoplite helmet, and Roman gladiator figures.

A total of 61 pieces, from 16,990 HUF. The majority are bronze-plated replicas, eight are made in pewter, two are white, and the two Justitia statues are genuine bronze castings.

They work as gifts because a mythological figure always represents something: the Justitia statue for a lawyer, judge, or law school graduation; the staff of Asclepius for a doctor or pharmacist; the Athena statue for a teacher; the Fortuna statue for starting a business; and Atlas for an office desk.
